Farm Fest Mirfield 2025: Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your purchase and attendance at Farm Fest Mirfield 2025 (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Event Details:

• Date: 6th September 2025
• Location: Crossley Farm, Mirfield

2. Ticket Purchase:

• Tickets for the Event can be purchased online at www.farmfestmirfield.co.uk.
• The pre purchased ticket price is £20 adult and £15 child per entry.
• The ticket price on the door will be £30 adult and £20 child per entry.
• All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available.
• Each attendee must present a valid ticket QR code for entry to the Event. This can be either in digital format (e.g., on a smartphone) or printed.

3. Drinks Tokens:

• Drinks tokens will be available for purchase at the Event.
• Attendees have the option to pre-order drinks tokens at a discounted rate when purchasing multiple tokens.
• No refunds will be provided for drinks token purchases.

4. Entry Requirements:

• Attendees must be aged 18 or over to enter the Event. Valid photo ID may be required upon entry.
• Entry to the Event is subject to capacity limitations. Admission is not guaranteed, and entry may be refused at the discretion of the Event organizers.
• No food or drinks are permitted to be brought on to site.

5. Code of Conduct:

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times during the Event.
• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Event organizers may result in removal from the Event premises without refund.

6. Liability:

• The Event organizers accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

7. Photography and Filming:

• By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. The Event organizers reserve the right to use such material without further notification or compensation.

8. Changes to Event Details:

• The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the date, location, lineup, or any other aspect of the Event. In the event of such changes, reasonable efforts will be made to inform ticket holders in advance.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. SAFETY POINTS to consider:

We want to keep you all safe and have an amazing day

So here are some safety points to consider! 

🔴 No bags bigger than a rucksack will be allowed in to the event

🔴 Bags will be searched on entry

🔴 There will be a one way system in place for vehicles

🔴 Parking will be down the track adjacent to the event field, security and Marshalls will point you in the right direction – THERE IS FREE PARKING

🔴 You WILL be allowed to bring in a camping chair 

🔴 No food or drink to be brought in please, we have plenty of variety to choose from
